A strong foundation for cooperation was established through orientation activities and interactive icebreakers that encouraged participants to become familiar with the project environment while building trust with one another. Practical information, safety procedures, and programme expectations ensured that everyone could actively participate with confidence. Carefully designed introduction games and dialogue-based activities created opportunities for participants to share their backgrounds, aspirations, and experiences, fostering mutual understanding and creating an atmosphere where meaningful collaboration could flourish throughout the mobility.
The project also deepened participants' understanding of the Erasmus+ Programme and the opportunities it offers for youth work. Through collaborative research, group discussions, and participant-led presentations, youth workers explored the objectives, priorities, and structure of Erasmus+, while strengthening their communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and public speaking skills. Rather than relying solely on theoretical input, participants learned from one another by preparing and delivering presentations, reinforcing both their knowledge and their confidence in facilitating educational activities.
Another important focus of the mobility was helping participants recognize and reflect on their personal and professional development through the Youthpass framework. Interactive presentations introduced the key competences of Youthpass, while gamified learning activities challenged participants to solve problems, cooperate, and experience empathy by completing tasks under simulated accessibility conditions. These experiential methods encouraged participants to reflect on inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities while gaining a deeper understanding of the value of self-assessment and lifelong learning within Erasmus+ projects.
Continuous reflection and evaluation played a central role in transforming experiences into lasting learning outcomes. Participants worked in multicultural teams to assess activities through discussion, word association exercises, and collective feedback, allowing diverse perspectives to emerge and highlighting both achievements and areas for improvement. As a result, participants strengthened their ability to communicate constructively, evaluate educational processes, and cooperate across cultures. The project ultimately equipped youth workers with practical tools, enhanced intercultural competence, and a stronger commitment to promoting empathy, inclusion, and active participation in their future work with young people.
