By combining teamwork, experiential learning, and direct interaction with visually impaired individuals, the mobility encouraged participants to develop practical competencies for creating more accessible and inclusive communities.

Participants strengthened their sense of cooperation through interactive team-building activities designed to highlight the importance of collective decision-making and communication. Creative challenges required everyone to collaborate, solve problems together, and coordinate their actions to achieve common goals. These activities demonstrated how trust, active participation, and shared responsibility contribute to successful teamwork while reinforcing social skills, adaptability, and mutual support within multicultural groups.

The project placed a strong emphasis on inclusive communication by helping participants explore how meaningful dialogue can improve interactions with visually impaired individuals. Through collaborative workshops, participants developed structured interview questions using the WH-question approach, encouraging analytical thinking and empathy before engaging with disability professionals and members of organizations supporting visually impaired people. Listening to personal experiences, discussing communication barriers, and exchanging perspectives enabled participants to better understand the importance of respectful, accessible, and person-centered communication in both youth work and everyday life.

Experiential learning remained at the heart of the mobility as participants reflected on real-life stories shared by visually impaired individuals, social workers, and association representatives. These conversations challenged existing assumptions, encouraged critical reflection, and inspired participants to consider practical ways of promoting inclusion within their own communities. The opportunity to ask carefully prepared questions and engage in open discussions transformed theoretical knowledge into meaningful learning, strengthening participants' awareness of empathy, accessibility, and equal opportunities.

Intercultural dialogue further enriched the learning experience through cultural exchange activities where participants introduced the traditions, history, cuisine, music, language, and customs of their countries. These presentations celebrated Europe's cultural diversity while fostering curiosity, respect, and appreciation for different identities. Reflection sessions complemented the educational programme by encouraging participants to evaluate their experiences, share constructive feedback, and identify key learning outcomes. As a result, the project enhanced participants' intercultural competence, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to building more inclusive and empathetic societies through youth work.
