The programme began with another digital detox session, reminding participants that disconnecting from technology can improve concentration, reduce stress, and strengthen real-life social relationships. The activity encouraged youth workers to experience the benefits of spending time away from digital devices while engaging in physical and social activities.

Participants then explored the concept of Hikikomori, a form of extreme social withdrawal often associated with excessive internet and technology use. Through expert presentations and collaborative learning, they examined the causes, symptoms, and long-term effects of this growing phenomenon, while discussing how youth work can contribute to prevention and early intervention.

The afternoon was dedicated to a public dissemination event in a local shopping centre, where participants presented a photography exhibition illustrating the effects of technology addiction on everyday life. Visitors had the opportunity to learn about healthy technology use, the risks associated with excessive screen time, and the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme. The exhibition encouraged meaningful conversations between participants and members of the local community while extending the project's impact beyond the training venue.

The day concluded with an intercultural evening celebrating literature, poetry, and visual arts from each participating country. By sharing cultural heritage alongside professional knowledge, participants strengthened intercultural dialogue and demonstrated that international cooperation is an essential element in addressing common social challenges such as technology addiction.
